The Model BSRD-1252CG Touch screen Atmospheric Consistometer is specifically designed to be a simple and accurate means to prepare cement slurries for the testing of rheological properties, fluid loss and various other properties in strict compliance with API 10 . This instrument is used daily in laboratories involved in: oil well cement research, research and testing of cement additives, cement quality assurance and the research and field laboratories of well service companies. 

This instrument increase lab productivity and save valuable technician time by simultaneously conditioning two slurry samples for subsequent testing.

Features

• The instrument adoptsa 10-inch touch screen industrial-grade color touch-type display screen as the man-machine interface. It is simple to operateand adapts to harsh environments. The combination with the touch screen is highly reliable, the wiring is standardized, and the structure is modular. All operations of the instrument are completed on the touch screen, making the operation more intuitiveandsimple. The user uses parameter settings, switches, buttons, and indicators to focus on the touch screen, which can display time, consistency value, temperature value, and trend chart to simulate a paperless recorder, display measurement curves, and store data. The whole machine only uses one switch (power switch)；
• Dual-cylinder, dual-temperature control, hyperbolic display, dual-motor mixing design, the left and right cylinders can perform 2 different temperature tests at the same time, independent of each other and unaffected；
• A stirring impeller is installed in the water tank, and the water in the water tank is always stirred during the experiment toensure that the temperature of all points inside the water tank is consistent.；
