一、Overview
- The ZNN-D12S rheometer can measure various rheometric parameters with a large measurement range (0~1200mPa.s). It can draw rheoid curves according to multi-point measurement values, determine the flow type of the liquid in the flow process, and select appropriate calculation formulas to accurately measure non-Newtonian fluids. It is used for the research and analysis of on-site drilling fluid rheological parameters. At the same time, it can determine a series of technical parameters such as dynamic, static shear, fluidity index and consistency coefficient. It is conducive to the needs of safe, fast and scientific drilling. It has the characteristics of easy operation, accurate test and large measurement range.
- The machine adopts a highly segmented motor driver, which is combined with a stepper motor to ensure large motor torque, accurate and stable speed, synchronous belt transmission, low noise, and convenient speed regulation.
- The viscosity measurement adopts imported digital sensors, which are accurate and stable, and the sensor has good anti-interference.
- Blue-screen LCD large touch screen display, direct digital display to measure viscosity value, rotation speed, time and can save 20 groups of measurement data (including date and time, sample number, viscosity value, rotation speed, time), with power failure to save data.
