An API Spec 10A compliant instrument, the Model BSRD-8041C Touch screen Single Cell HPHT Consistometer is designed to test cement thickening behavior under a variety of downhole conditions. Designed with laboratory efficiency and ease of operation as major goals.
The combination of PLC and touch screen fully realizes the temperature and pressure program control. The user uses parameter settings, switches, buttons, and indicators to focus on the touch screen, which can display time, consistency, pressure, and temperature values in a variety of ways.The trend chart simulates a paperless recorder, displays the measurement curve, and stores the data. The RS-232 interface realizes communication with the PC.
The shell of the instrument is designed with all-stainless steel, which is durable for a long time;

- The whole machine adopts touch screen control, program setting, program operation, and function control can be completed on the touch screen, and it is equipped with a data acquisition system, which can collect experimental curves through a laptop computer.
