Dual Cell Ultra High Temperature Pressurized Curing Chambers is designed and manufactured in strict accordance with API standard specification 10. Curing of test block used for oil well cement strength test under high temperature and high pressure.

Features
- The instrument adopts ultra-high temperature alloy as the material of the cell body, and the electrical and mechanical systems are independently separated to ensure that the electrical system is not disturbed by high temperature.
- The instrument uses Eurotherm controller to control the temperature through program editing and display the consistency value.
- Lid of pressurized curing chamber, It is a new design of our company,It replaces the sealing method of nut locking, and can ensure the long-term sealing of the pressurized Curing Chamber under low pressure and high pressure.
- A cooling device is installed on the high-pressure pipeline between the Curing Chamber and the pressure relief pump to ensure that the water temperature discharged from the kettle body to the pressure relief pump meets the requirements for long-term use of the pressure relief pump under the condition of constant pressure during the temperature rise.
- The cooling mode after the experiment is internal cooling mode, with high cooling efficiency.
- A gas-water separation device is added at the inlet front of the booster pump to prevent the unclean compressed air from entering the booster pump after the failure of the primary gas-water separation device, thus damaging the booster pump. This measure greatly increases the service life of the booster pump.
