Model BSRD-2015D Multifunctional testing machine for oil well cement is produced by Liaoning Bassrett Petroleum Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd., mainly used to measure the compressive strength and elastic modulus of oil well standard test blocks and cores.
Model BSRD-2015D Multifunctional testing machine for oil well cement uses a high-performance uniform loading pressure system (load cells, motors, gear pumps, etc. are all imported high-quality components, which can achieve low starting load, uniform loading, and the lowest loading rate can be as low as 0.02KN/S and other high-quality performance) for loading.According to the theoretical calculation formula of the elastic modulus, not only the direction of force applied must be perpendicular to the test, but the strain must correspond to the real stress applied on it. Therefore, our company has gone through a lot of trial and error to find out other interfering forces in the system, and eliminate them when calculating the elastic modulus in the PLC software independently developed by our company, so that the calculation of the elastic modulus is more accurate and true.The strain of the test block is measured using a high-precision laser displacement sensor from Keyence, Japan.
In order to intuitively and conveniently view the changes in the elastic modulus, the company has independently developed PLC operation software and C+language-based data acquisition software around this product. The software can instantly calculate the current elastic modulus average value based on the measured value, and simultaneously measure the compressive strength value.
A total of four elastic modulus measurement modes are set in the PLC software, which are constant voltage measurement mode, shock measurement mode, conventional (crushing) measurement mode, and two-speed measurement mode.
Features
- Conventional measurement mode: According to the conventional method of testing materials, put the pattern into the testing machine and apply force to it. The force is evenly loaded until the pattern is destroyed (the compressive pattern is the pattern crushed), and then the elastic modulus is calculated from the analysis of a series of data obtained.
- Constant pressure measurement mode: After the preliminary data is obtained from the conventional measurement mode test, the elastic modulus of the material is preliminarily determined and the pressure value corresponding to the index is determined. The constant pressure measurement mode is a measurement from this stress value as the upper limit of the applied stress to verify the value of the material obtained in the conventional test.
- Two-speed measurement mode: It is a simple test method. The test process other than the stress that needs to be tested is accelerated. In this test, two acceleration rates can be set, and the stress interval that does not need to be verified can be passed at a faster rate.
- Shock measurement mode: When the discretionary elastic modulus is preliminarily determined through the conventional measurement mode, or the elastic properties of a certain stress segment need to be verified, the shock measurement mode can be used to test the model.In the shock measurement mode, the upper and lower limit stress values are set. The machine repeatedly performs loading and unloading tests in this interval, and the elastic modulus can be verified or measured in multiple processes. The test equipment is often disturbed by many factors in the initial stage of force application (3-5KN), and the shock measurement force afterburner method is used to eliminate the interference in the initial stage.
