The carbon dioxide corrosion evaluator mainly consists of the high-temperature and high-pressure maintenance kettle part and the gas booster part. The high-temperature and high-pressure maintenance kettle part mainly completes the maintenance function of the test block. The gas booster is mainly responsible for increasing the ordinary gas to the test pressure. The two parts can work independently, and there are special high-pressure pipelines and intake and exhaust valves connected between them to complete complex maintenance kettle gas pressurization and gas replenishment with pressure and other complex functions.

Instrument technical parameters

The maximum temperature of the maintenance kettle part is 260℃, the maximum pressure is 60MPa, the power is 3.5kW, the metal sealing ring is used to be safe and reliable, the temperature is controlled by PID method, and the pressure is controlled by a 21MPa relief valve. The part of the gas booster adopts automatic booster control by the controller, and adopts manual air injection and air outlet. The maximum working pressure is 30Mpa and the working temperature is 45℃.
