一、Overview
The roller heating furnace is one of the indispensable experimental instruments for scientific research in the petroleum geological department. At present, China mainly imports from abroad, which is expensive and incomplete in performance. In order to meet the requirements of China's departments for this instrument and accelerate the development of China's petroleum, chemical and geological undertakings, on the basis of similar products abroad, our factory has successfully tested the BGRL-5X large-scale roller heating furnace with Chinese characteristics. Compared with similar products abroad, it has the advantages of reliable performance, convenient operation, fast heating, sensitive temperature control, low temperature deviation and good constant temperature performance. In particular, all components are made of domestic high-quality components, which are easy to maintain and replace. The power part adopts the original frequency converter and frequency conversion motor.
二、Principle and use
Simulate the drilling conditions under the well, especially the speed of slow circulation in the ring space, and study the characteristics of the mud during heating and rolling. Five rollers drive four aging boilers to roll in the furnace.
- Study the cation exchange reaction in the newly prepared mud. ( For example: calcium treatment mud)
- Determine the stability of mud additives. ( For example: various diluents and organic rubber)
- Used as an aging oven.
- Stir the chemical supplies into a solution.
- Mix the liquid and powder into a uniform mixture.
- Degass the liquid.
