一、Overview
       This instrument is used to separate and determine the volume of water, oil and solid phase in water-based drilling fluid samples. The instrument adopts the external heating distillation method, large-capacity distillation, takes 50ml of quantitative drilling fluid and heats it at high temperature, separates and condenses the oil and water, and drops it into the scale cylinder to calculate the percentage of the mass or volume of the oil and water and the solid phase. Due to the large-capacity external heating, the test accuracy is improved compared with the conventional (20ml) . 
       Avoid the dry burning (overheating) formed by internal heating. The instrument is easy to operate and can be used in the laboratory and on-site. It is the basis for understanding the solid phase concentration and the viscosity and filtration loss control of water-based drilling fluids. It is characterized by simple structure and easy operation. It is an ideal special instrument for laboratories and fields.
